They worked with me without issue or complaint even though the first time I booked due to unfortunate circumstances we had to reschedule.  Will was very sincere and understanding.  They were very prompt to arrival and it was an easy process to make payment over the phone. We used this for our VBS event at our church. The kids absolutely loved them, and everything from setup to takedown was quick, seamless, and stress-free. Will was so kind, professional, and easy to work with, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Everything was well organized and ready to go, which made our VBS Family Night a huge success. And we were also able to enjoy them with the children at our childcare center, who loved them just as much.
